Users must provide accurate corporate and EIN data for advisory.
Compliance
Users must not use our services for any illegal activities in the US.
Ownership
Respect all intellectual property owned by Zentara LLC.
Confidentiality
Maintain secrecy of project-specific technical blue-prints.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Zentara LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. All advisory is delivered "as is," and final business decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Missouri, USA.
