Refund Eligibility
Advisory Phase
Agar project shuru hone se pehle cancellation request aati hai, toh full refund (minus processing fees) apply hoga.
Milestone Completion
Once a specific technical milestone is approved, no refund will be issued for that particular phase.

Aapko info@zentara.us par apni transaction ID ke saath request bhejni hogi.
Internal Review
Hamari Missouri compliance team 7 business days mein audit complete karegi.
Settlement
Approved refunds 14 days ke andar original payment method mein credit ho jayenge.
Non-Refundable Items
Third-party costs (jaise domain registration, server hosting, Missouri state filing fees, ya hardware purchase) Zentara LLC ke control mein nahi hote hain, isliye ye non-refundable hain.
